Thank you for shopping with Alivia Joyce. We are committed to offering high-quality skincare products formulated with care, precision, and integrity. Because of the personal nature of skincare and our commitment to product safety, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.

Due to the following reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds:

  • Hygiene and safety: Skincare products are considered personal care items and cannot be resold once opened or shipped.

  • Product integrity: We ensure that each item is carefully packaged and sealed to maintain its quality. Accepting returns would compromise the integrity of our formulations.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your product arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@aliviajoyce.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange a replacement.
